Will you renew my subscription automatically?

Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed according to your pay period and payment option.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer a discount when choosing to pay for a 12 month period all at once.

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

Of course. Your paid subscription can be cancelled anytime. Keep in mind, your account access will shut off after your most recent month or annual plan you have paid for ends. There will be no refunds.

Does Kaeru offer refunds?

We do not, but you can cancel at anytime. Your account access will shut off when your current billing cycle ends. Consider going month to month if you're unsure this will work for you. You can always change your billing to annual at any time.

Does Kaeru's CRM communicate with other software?

Yes, there are a number of in house apps that can be used to connect to various softwares.

However, to take full advantage of Kaeru's CRM automation power the use of Zapier and a form platform is highly recommended.

With a CRM + Consulting Bundle unlimited Zaps (Zapier) and up to 5 Digital Forms will be included in your package. For more information about CRM + Consulting Bundle, click here.

What support does Kaeru offer?

CRM support via chat and email available for all CRM Subscriptions. Chat available from 9am-4pm M-F Eastern.

We want you to succeed. We will make sure you have the information you need to optimize the use of our CRM.

When paired with our Consulting Services you will also have access to phone and video support.

What happens when my contact limit exceeds my plan?

Once your contact numbers increase we will automatically bump your account to the next level based on contact numbers.

The Onboarding Process

What is the onboarding process?

  1. The initial step is for us to schedule a Discovery Zoom Meeting. This will help us figure out together if Kaeru's CRM is the best fit for your company.
  2. You've decided you're committed! We'll get the process started by sending you an easy form to fill out for us. This will provide us with all the technical information we need to get the process started.
  3. Form Received from you! We get to work for you configuring your CRM based on our conversations and all that amazing information you provided us. We may have additional questions along the way and may even need to set up some phone calls. We want to make this easy, but at times we will need your help and input so we can tailor your CRM best for your business.
  4. Once complete we will schedule a consulting call so we can walk you through your new CRM! You'll be on your way.

Why is there an onboarding process?

Our goal is to have you up and running as quickly as possible while limiting your time to figure it all out. That's why we have created a done for you approach.

Once we have the CRM configured for you to use, we will schedule a Zoom Meeting so we can guide you through your new CRM.

How long does the onboarding process take?

Great Question! Once we have all the information we need to properly onboard your program, you can expect to be up and running within 10-14 business days.
